TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promotion Overview
1.1. The MiFinity Summer Challenge (the “Promotion”) will run between 6 August 2026 and 31 August 2026 at 23:59 CET (the “Promotion Period”).
1.2. The Promotion is organised by MiFinity and is open to eligible users who comply with the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and above with an active and fully verified MiFinity account.
2.2. Employees of MiFinity, their immediate family members, affiliates, and any parties directly involved in administering the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
2.3. The Promotion is only available to users resident in jurisdictions where such promotions are permitted by law.
2.4. Participants must successfully register for the Promotion via the official Promotion Landing Page before 31 August 2026 at 23:59 CET.
3. How to Participate
3.1. Participants must opt in to the Promotion through the official Promotion Landing Page and correctly answer the skill-based question to be eligible.
3.2. Participants must register using the same email address associated with their MiFinity account.
3.3. Participants must use their MiFinity account to complete qualifying online transactions during the Promotion Period.
3.4. Every qualifying transaction completed during the Promotion Period will contribute towards the participant’s final competition score.
3.5. Participants will be ranked based on the total number of qualifying transactions completed during the Promotion Period.
3.6. MiFinity cannot track or communicate individual competition scores, transaction counts or participant rankings during the Promotion Period. All qualifying activity will be calculated internally after the Promotion has ended.
3.7. Transactions made with fraudulent intent or in violation of MiFinity’s Terms of Use will be disqualified.
3.8. Qualifying transactions are successfully completed online transactions made with brands using MiFinity as the payment method. Internal transfers, wallet top-ups, withdrawals, failed transactions, reversed transactions, chargebacks and refunded transactions will not count towards the Promotion.
4. Prizes
4.1. A total of 65 prizes are available to be won.
4.2. The prizes are as follows:
1st Place: 150,000 MiPoints
2nd Place: 100,000 MiPoints
3rd Place: 50,000 MiPoints
4th – 50th Place: 5,000 MiPoints each
15 Bonus Prize Winners: 20,000 MiPoints each
4.3. The total prize pool available in the Promotion is 835,000 MiPoints.
4.4. MiPoints are loyalty points awarded in accordance with the MiFinity MiPoints Terms and Conditions and are not cash or cash equivalents.
5. Winner Selection & Prize Distribution
5.1. The participant with the highest qualifying transaction count during the Promotion Period will be awarded First Place.
5.2. The participant with the second-highest qualifying transaction count during the Promotion Period will be awarded Second Place.
5.3. The participant with the third-highest qualifying transaction count during the Promotion Period will be awarded Third Place.
5.4. Participants ranked 4th to 50th based on qualifying transaction count will receive 5,000 MiPoints each.
5.5. In addition to the ranking prizes, 15 Bonus Prize Winners will be selected at random from participants who: (a) successfully registered for the Promotion; and (b) completed at least one qualifying transaction during the Promotion Period.
5.6. A participant may only win one prize. If a participant qualifies for both a ranking prize and a Bonus Prize, MiFinity reserves the right to award the Bonus Prize to another eligible participant.
5.7. In the event of a tie in transaction count, the participant who reached the qualifying transaction count first will be awarded the higher ranking.
5.8. Winners will be notified via email and/or in-app notification within a reasonable period following the end of the Promotion.
5.9. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative reward.
5.10. MiPoints will be credited to winners’ MiFinity accounts within 30 days of winner verification.
6. General Terms
6.1. MiFinity reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or MiFinity’s Terms of Use.
6.2. MiFinity is not responsible for technical or system errors that may prevent participation in the Promotion.
6.3. MiFinity reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated on the Promotion Landing Page.
6.4. The decision of MiFinity regarding all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
6.5. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third-party brands, websites or platforms that accept MiFinity as a payment method.
6.6. MiFinity reserves the right to suspend, terminate or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
6.7. MiFinity shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Privacy
7.1. By participating, users consent to MiFinity collecting and processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion in accordance with MiFinity’s Privacy Policy.
7.2. By participating, winners agree to the use of their first name and country of residence for MiFinity publicity purposes, including but not limited to website announcements and marketing communications, subject to applicable data protection laws.
