1. What is MiRewards?
MiRewards is MiFinity’s loyalty programme. You earn MiPoints for eligible wallet activity and can redeem them for rewards.

Open Account settings and turn MiRewards off. Unredeemed points are forfeited and cannot be restored. You can rejoin after at anytime.
4. How do I earn MiPoints?
You earn 1 MiPoint for every €1 of qualifying transaction volume, unless stated otherwise. Some transactions award a fixed amount of MiPoints, such as 50 MiPoints for specific payment methods (see FAQ 5). If the transaction is made in another currency, it is converted to EUR when it appears on your MiRewards statement. MiPoints appear in your account once the transaction successfully completes.
5. Which transactions qualify?
Typical qualifying transactions include:
- Loading funds to your MiFinity eWallet → 1 MiPoint per €1
- Sending funds to a merchant → 1 MiPoint per €1
- eWallet to bank withdrawals → 50 MiPoints fixed
- eWallet to card withdrawals → 50 MiPoints fixed
- Withdrawing funds from an eligible merchant → 50 MiPoints fixed
These transactions count as “qualifying transactions” and will automatically earn MiPoints.
6. Which transactions do not qualify?
Some transactions do not earn MiPoints. These include sending or receiving funds through peer‑to‑peer transfers, IBAN deposits, as well as transferring money between your own MiFinity eWallets. Receiving funds from a merchant via a coupon also does not qualify for MiPoints. In addition, cancelled or reversed transactions are excluded, as is any commercial use of a personal account. MiFinity may also exclude specific merchants or sectors from qualifying if required for legal, regulatory, or risk management reasons.
7. Where and when do points show in my balance?
Once a transaction has been fully completed and settled, your MiPoints will be shown in your account. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or reversals will remove or block MiPoints. We may correct errors and round down to the nearest whole point.
Your MiPoints will be visible in your MiPoints statement, which is accessible from the main MiRewards page.
8. Are there earning limits?
Yes, limits may apply per transaction, day, or month. Current limits are shown in-app where applicable.
9. Do MiPoints have cash value?
No. MiPoints are not cash and cannot be sold or transferred.
10. How do tiers work?
Your tier is based on the cumulative qualifying transaction (see point 5 above) in Euro volume
- Classic 0–4,999 MiPoints
- Exclusive 5,000–19,999 MiPoints
- Signature 20,000–149,999 MiPoints
- Elite 150,000+ MiPoints

11. What benefits can tiers include?
Possible benefits include fee reductions, partner cashback, referral bonuses, multi-currency options, faster transfers, account manager access, and VIP perks. Availability varies by country and can change.
12. When can I redeem MiPoints?
MiRewards may be redeemed once you reach 5,000 MiPoints
You can redeem your reward once you have reached 5,000 MiPoints. Rewards may include eVouchers, cashback, and partner offers; all redemptions are subject to availability. Redemptions are final unless cancelled due to error or fraud.
13. Who is responsible for partner rewards?
Partners are responsible for their goods and services. We are not responsible for delivery or quality except where required by law.
14. Do points expire?
MiPoints expiry will take place on December 31st of the following calendar year from the year in which the points were awarded. For avoidance of doubt, all points earned during this calendar year will expire on the 31st December next year.
If your account has no qualifying transactions for 12 months, we may deactivate membership and forfeit unredeemed points. Opting out also forfeits points.
15. Will there be special promotions?
Yes, we may run targeted or time-limited promotions with bonus points or rewards. You’ll hear about these through email, push or in-app notifications. Each promotion has its own rules and limits, and we may change or withdraw them at any time
16. Do I need marketing preferences enabled to get promotional rewards?
Some promotional rewards campaigns require you to keep marketing preferences enabled. These channels (email, push, in-app and SMS) are controlled within your account settings. If you disable them during the promotional period, you withdraw from that promotion and forfeit pending rewards. Essential service messages about your account may still be sent. Availability depends on local law.
17. Will you contact me about MiRewards?
We may send service messages about points, tier, or rewards. We handle your data under our Privacy Policy and local data-protection laws. Where required, we will get your consent for marketing.
18. Are there country-specific rules?
Yes. Some features or rewards may not be available in certain countries. We may exclude sectors or transactions to comply with local regulations and sanctions. Void where prohibited.
19. Can the programme change or end?
Yes. We may change MiRewards, these FAQs, or the available rewards. If a change is unfavourable, we will give notice where the law or your account terms require it. We may suspend or end MiRewards, including immediately where required by law or for misuse or security reasons.
20. What happens if my eWallet is closed or restricted?
If your account is closed or restricted your MiRewards membership ends and any unredeemed points may be forfeited.
21. Do I need to handle taxes?
Rewards or cashback may be taxable. You are responsible for any taxes in your country.
22. How may I receive help or register a complaint?
Use the in-app Help Centre or the contact channel in your account. Your local complaint and dispute rules in your account terms still apply. English is the controlling language for the programme
MiRewards – Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 01/11/25
These Terms and Conditions govern the MiFinity MiRewards loyalty programme. Read them carefully. By using your MiFinity account after these Terms take effect, you agree to them.
MiRewards is offered by MiFinity Holdings Limited, hereinafter referred to as ‘MiFinity’, which operates your MiFinity eWallet in your country or region. Your MiFinity eWallet Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply to MiRewards. If a local law requires different rules, that local law applies to the extent of any conflict.

- Account your MiFinity eWallet account
- We / us / our ‘MiFinity’ who operates your Account
- You / your the Account holder who uses MiRewards
- MiPoints reward points earned under MiRewards
- Qualifying Transaction a transaction type that earns MiPoints
- Tier your MiRewards level based on qualifying volume
- Reward anything you can redeem MiPoints for
- Partner a third party that provides Rewards or benefits
- Eligibility, auto-enrolment and membership
- Enrolment is restricted to individuals 18+Corporate and business MiFinity accounts are not eligible for MiRewards
- You must hold an active Account in good standing.
- Auto-enrolment – if you are eligible, you will be enrolled into our MiRewards automatically. In some countries we may ask you to opt in first if required by local law.
- Opt out – you can leave MiRewards at any time by going to Account settings in your MiFinity account and turning MiRewards off.
- Forfeiture on opt-out – when you turn MiRewards off, all unredeemed MiPoints are forfeited immediately and cannot be reinstated.
- Rejoin – you can turn MiRewards back on in Account settings at any time. Rejoining does not restore forfeited MiPoints.
- One MiRewards membership per person and per Account.
- We may refuse, suspend, or end membership if we suspect abuse of the program or if your Account is restricted or closed.
- Programme basics

- MiPoints have no cash value, and are not transferable or assignable.
- Rewards and points may be subject to local laws and restrictions. Void where prohibited.
- We may run targeted or time-limited promotions with extra MiPoints or special rewards.
- We may apply country-specific restrictions to comply with local laws and sanctions.
- Earning MiPoints
4.1 Base earning
- You earn 1 MiPoint per EUR 1 of Qualifying Transaction volume. If your transaction is in another currency, we convert to EUR using our rate at posting.
4.2 Bonus earning
You may earn extra MiPoints for certain actions. Examples include
- First-time deposit
- Completing KYC
- Setting up and using an IBAN
- Card verification
Amounts, eligibility, and limits are shown in-app and may change.
4.3 Posting and pending status
- MiPoints for a transaction post only after the transaction completes. This can be immediate or take a few days depending on the method and settlement.
- Reversals, refunds, chargebacks, disputed or cancelled transactions do not earn MiPoints or will be reversed if already posted.
- We may correct errors, apply rounding, or adjust MiPoints to reflect refunds or fraud investigations. We may round down to the nearest whole MiPoint.
4.4 Caps and limits
- We may set earning caps per transaction, per day, or per month. Current limits (if any) are shown in-app.
- Qualifying and non-qualifying transactions
Qualifying Transactions may include
- Loads / deposits to your MiFinity eWallet
- Transfers to merchants that are not excluded
- Withdrawals from your MiFinity eWallet
- Other supported wallet transactions we publish in-app
Non-qualifying transactions include
- Account-to-account transactions (between your eWallets)
- Sending money to friends and family
- Receiving money from friends and family
- Transactions we identify as Excluded due to legal, risk, or partner restrictions
- Transactions reversed or not completed
- Self-funding or transactions whose main purpose is earning points
- Commercial or business use of a personal Account
We may change the list of Excluded transactions and merchants. Check the MiRewards section in your Account for the current list. Any changes to the MiRewards Terms and Conditions will be sent to you by email.
- Misuse, fraud and account security
- Using scripts, bots, multi-accounting, point selling, or any fraudulent or abusive activity is not allowed.
- If we suspect misuse, we may freeze or remove MiPoints, suspend membership, or close your Account.
- Tiers and benefits
MiRewards has four Tiers based on cumulative qualifying transaction volume (EUR)
- Classic 0–4,999
- Exclusive 5,000–19,999
- Signature 20,000–149,999
- Elite 150,000+
Tier benefits may include fee reductions, cashback on partner deals, referral bonuses, multi-currency options, faster transfers, account manager access, VIP event access, and other perks. Exact benefits, thresholds, boosts and any review cycle are shown in-app and may change.
We may set rules on how and when Tier volume is measured and when upgrades or downgrades take effect. We may change Tier names, thresholds, or benefits at any time.
- Redeeming MiPoints
- You can redeem MiPoints for Rewards that we make available from time to time.
- Redemption unlocks at 5,000 MiPoints.
- Rewards may include eVouchers, cashback, and affiliated deals.
- Rewards are subject to availability, country restrictions, and Partner terms.
- Once redeemed, MiPoints are deducted immediately. Redemptions are final unless we cancel due to error or fraud.
- Partners are responsible for their goods and services. We are not responsible for delivery, quality, or fitness of Partner Rewards, which is standard across wallet catalogues.
- Expiry, inactivity and opt-out forfeiture
- We may set a points-expiry policy. If active, it will be shown in-app with the relevant time frame.
- If your Account has no Qualifying Transactions for 12 months, we may deactivate your MiRewards membership and forfeit unredeemed MiPoints. You can re-enrol later, but forfeited MiPoints will not be restored.
- MiPoints are also forfeited if you opt out by turning MiRewards off in Account settings.
- Promotions and referrals
- Referral, bonus, and limited-time offers are governed by their own rules.
- We may change or withdraw any promotion at any time.
- We may cap bonus awards, set per-user limits, or require verification before crediting.
- Taxes
- Rewards and cashback may be taxable.
- You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that apply in your country.
- Data protection
- We process personal data for MiRewards under our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
- We may send you service messages about your points, tier, or rewards.
- Where required, we will obtain your consent for marketing.
- Changes and termination
- We may change MiRewards, these Terms, or the available Rewards. The account holder will be notified by email of any changes.
- If a change is unfavourable, we will give notice where required by law or your Account Terms. Industry norms use advance notice for material changes.
- We may suspend or end MiRewards with notice, or immediately where required by law or for misuse, fraud, or security reasons.
- Liability
- We do not guarantee the continuous availability of MiRewards.
- We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- We are not responsible for Partner Rewards, except where the law says we must be.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Country-specific terms and legal compliance
- Some features or Rewards are not available in certain countries.
- We may exclude certain transaction types or sectors to comply with local regulations and financial-promotion rules.
- If there is any conflict between these Terms and mandatory local law, the local law takes precedent to the extent of the conflict.
- Relationship to your Account Terms
Your MiFinity eWallet Terms of Use govern your Account and apply to MiRewards. If your Account is closed or suspended, your MiRewards membership ends and unredeemed MiPoints may be forfeited.
- Contact and complaints
If you have questions or complaints about MiRewards, use the in-app help or the contact channel in your Account. Your local complaint and dispute rules in your Account Terms continue to apply.
- General
- Where there is a conflict between a translation of this document and the original English text, the English text shall be determinative. If a term is invalid or unenforceable, the rest stay in effect.
- We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to another MiFinity group company.
- You may not assign your membership or MiPoints.
